8 am-3 pm on Valentine’s Day (February 14)

 

This home at 203 E. Hill Street, Champaign (see picture below), is nearing completion and has been financed by our own Terry and Barbara England!

We have been asked to bring 6 volunteers to do finishing work on February 14. Our UU crew will be inside, finishing trim, installing closet shelving, and painting exterior doors.  You must be 18 or older to work, though 16-18 year olds can work with a parent’s permission.

Are you not able to work, but would like to help by providing lunch for the workers?  Food volunteers would be a big help!  There will be about 13 workers (UU volunteers, home buyers, and Habitat staff) on the build day.  Could you organize lunch, to be brought to the site at 11:30 am?
